Justice thrives on the willingness to act, on the willingness to investigate, and on the ability to communicate, understand, and sympathize with others. In order to be as objectively as possible and to handle the fallout of conflicts between members of Zealot Gaming, the Department of Justice does its very best to ensure that we have at our disposal the truth of matters that are bought to our attention, and that the best decision is made regarding these circumstances. Conflict is a fundamental element of human nature and while we all make mistakes, while we all say things that others might misinterpret, we feel that it is in everyone's best interest to confide in the members of Justice who are impartial in all cases.

This member has been dedicated in numerous ways since he joined our ranks in zG. We've all watched him grow as a leader, mentor and player, and his abilities in all of these aspects far surpass my own. I couldn't think of anyone more suited as my new partner in crime. It's my pleasure to announce the first Global Officer of the Department of Engagement, [zG]Viraleus!

As some of you have experienced or heard, and others not, the current way we had of organizing our leaders and helping to aid divisions was not working. Expansion was also becoming a more complex place that was really diverging from what we originally hoped for it, so in order to streamline everything, allow leaders to act as leaders and advisors, cut the wishy-washyness from Expansion, and remove the commonly held (and becoming reality) view of Leadership as the boss of Divisions, we've changed things a bit, simplified the roles of each Department, and hopefully made something more like a team and less like a boss. Since others of equal status are announced here, its only fitting that we begin recognizing the outstanding leaders who find themsevles confident enough to step into the shoes of the role of Division Leader. Division Leaders are the primary leaders everyone goes to, whether it is for new member approval and activation, event ideas, or general advice, this member has shown good skills in all three, and is always willing to learn more. Her somewhat sarcastic humor is what makes people enjoy her company in games, and we are sure she'll make a fine addition to the leadership team, especially in League of Legends NA!
